How to make a claim

  1. Purchase any CHUX® product from the range during to the promotional period 1/01/2011 to 31/12/2011.
  2. Have your product barcode and store receipt on hand.
  3. Log onto www.chux.com.au and follow the links to the claim form.
  4. Enter your details, including the last 4 digits of your product barcode, your store receipt number and your email address.
  5. Click ‘Submit’ once all mandatory fields have been filled in.
  6. If your claim is valid you will receive a link to your $1 off coupon. The coupon will also be automatically sent to your email address.
  7. Print off your coupon and redeem it at the box office next time you take the kids to the movies. Coupons can be redeemed from 1/01/2011 until the 31/12/2011.
  • You may be asked to provide proof of purchase before you can download your coupon. Please keep your store receipt as proof of purchase.
